Des Amour Dog Training is operated by Desiree Mosqueda, sole proprietor. Welcome! This short intake tells me about you and your dog so I can recommend the right service.
How it works:
Fill out this intake form. Nothing is charged and nothing is booked yet.
I personally review every request and email you an approval or a reply explaining why it isn't a fit.
If approved, you'll get a private link to read and sign the Client Agreement.
After you sign, you'll receive the payment link for your approved service.
After payment, you choose your session date and time.
Before you begin: Have your dog's veterinary information, health history, training history, bite and behavior history, and an emergency contact ready. Your answers are not saved until you submit.
Who I can help: I do not accept dogs with any history of biting or attempting to bite a person or another animal (with or without injury), dogs that have tried to injure another dog, dogs with severe aggression, or protection, attack, or bite-work training. This applies to in-person and virtual services. Normal puppy mouthing or play-nipping is not counted. Leash reactivity without any bite or attempted bite may be accepted after review. Please answer the safety questions honestly; if you don't know part of your dog's history, mark it Unknown.
